Kelsey Smith, FNP-C
Kelsey grew up in Idaho Falls, and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She attended Boise State for her Bachelors in Nursing, and obtained her Master’s from NIU. She is excited to be back in Idaho.
Personal Background
Kelsey loves sports, and loves to play hockey and soccer. In her free time she likes going for a run or riding her bike. She and her husband are big Chicago sports fans, and love their golden retriever named Bernie.
